Abstract: O objetivo desta tese é a construção de um projeto de intervenção, com ênfase nas tarefas de carreira, para auxiliar indivíduos em momentos de transição, na promoção de sua empregabilidade e autogestão no cenário atual das novas carreiras. Na primeira parte desta dissertação será apresentado o contexto de intervenção que remete ao impacto do desenvolvimento tecnológico nas mudanças constantes cada vez mais comuns nas carreiras. Na segunda parte deste trabalho será abordado o desenvolvimento da identidade vocacional do adulto em momentos de transições na carreira. Na terceira parte serão apresentados os conceitos de adaptabilidade e bem-estar subjetivo e psicológico, promotores da aquisição da metacompetência de gestão autônoma da carreira e do desenvolvimento humano, que são tratados dentro do modelo de construção de carreira, de que salientamos, Life Design. Na quarta parte desta dissertação serão apresentados os procedimentos, técnicas e instrumentos que serão utilizados como base para a construção do projeto de intervenção, nomeadamente reminiscência instrumental e narrativas de carreira como facilitadores do processo de construção da identidade vocacional e da adaptabilidade. A conclusão da pesquisa culmina em um projeto de intervenção psicológica utilizando as TIC´s visando a promoção de metacompetências, que proporcione igualmente emoções positivas através da realização de uma autobiografia orientada de carreira/vida. um projeto que permita a avaliação de processos desenvolvimentais subjetivos e que preconiza a capacidade do indivíduo em fazer escolhas e desenhar um projeto de vida original, apoia a resolução bem sucedida das principais tarefas desenvolvimentais. Desta forma, o projeto é indicado para apoiar os indivíduos em momentos de transição em diferentes fases da vida, nomeadamente, (a) na transição do ensino médio para o ensino superior, (b) na inserção do indivíduo no mercado de trabalho, (c) na mudança de um emprego a outro, (d) na transição do desemprego para uma vida economicamente ativa. (e) na reforma.
The purpose of this thesis is the construction of an intervention project, with an emphasis on career tasks, to help individuals in times of transition, to promote their employability and self-management in the current scenario of new careers. In the first part of this dissertation will be presented the context of intervention that refers to the impact of technological development on the constant changes increasingly common in careers. In the second part of this work will be approached the development of the vocational identity of the adult in moments of career transitions. In the third part will be presented the concepts of adaptability and subjective and psychological well-being, promoters of the acquisition of the meta-competencies of autonomous career management and human development, which are treated within the model of career building, of which we point out, Life Design. In the fourth part of this dissertation will be presented the procedures, techniques and instruments that will be used as the basis for the construction of the intervention project, namely instrumental reminiscence and career narratives as facilitators of the process of construction of vocational identity and adaptability. The conclusion of the research culminates in a project of psychological intervention using the ICTs aiming at the promotion of meta-competencies, which also provides positive emotions through the accomplishment of a career/life oriented autobiography. A project that allows the evaluation of subjective developmental processes and that praises the individual's ability to make choices and design an original life project, supports the successful resolution of the main developmental tasks. In this way, the project is indicated to support the individuals in moments of transition in different phases of life, namely, (a) in the transition from high school to higher education, (b) in the insertion of the individual in the labor market, ) in moving from one job to another, (d) in the transition from unemployment to an economically active life. (e) on retirement.
